Rules of the game

These rules are a WIP, but standard RP rules apply:

  • No godmodding or powerplaying.

  • Please tag triggers. I don’t have any but it’s generally a nice thing to do for the community, especially for common ones like rape, incest, pedophilia, etc.

  • (oh also no gross interaction topics like rape or incest please? Thanks)

  • Do not reply to threads that you are not a part of (that especially goes for personals)

  • You don’t need to match post length (because I know that I get long), just be reasonable. Don’t pad things out where they don’t need to, but don’t just send me one-word or one-sentence replies that I can’t work with.

  • Please be patient with my replies. I have a full-time job and also work on projects as hobbies. If I take a while to get to you, feel free to message me.

In addition, a few special rules:

  • I allow romantic ships, but even though mun is over 21, I do not do smut at all in this blog.

  • This blog is multiship. While there may be ships that are formed between characters on the blog, they are still available to ship with the right chemistry.

  • I try to strictly stay within the Pokémon community. Thus, I try to really only interact with Pokémon muses or other muses with a Pokémon verse.

  • Try to not cause OOC drama. I’m typically not a fan of callout culture with a SELECT few exceptions.

  • Feel free to message me if you wish to plot or chat! My messages are open and, if we’re close enough, I may give my discord as well to chat more.

  • Oh, I will NOT interact with you if you actively interact with Aku or Hearty/Lucifer. If you actively interact with them and I’m following you, I will softblock you.

Biography

“It lives in the ozone layer far above the clouds and cannot be seen from the ground.”

Lati was born in Sky Pillar as tied to the youngest of the Sky Pillar family, and the child of Rayquaza and Heidi. Young and curious, Lati was showered in love by both of Lati’s parents, Heidi and Rayquaza. For the first few months of Lati’s life, Lati’s family were together, working together to take care of the little Latios no matter the struggles that were befallen of them. They watched over Lati, played with Lati, and taught Lati as much as they could. It felt like a dream come true….However, the dream wouldn’t last long.A few months into Lati’s life, the Arceus that watched over the world passed away and listed Lati’s mother as her successor. Heidi was forced to answer the call and leave some of her family behind to live in the Sinnoh Region; however, during her divorce with Rayquaza, they agreed to allow Lati to live with Rayquaza and for Lati to come visit and stay with Heidi whenever Lati wishes and for as long as Lati and Heidi wishes. With that agreement, Heidi hugged her child goodbye and left Sky Pillar. For the next year, Lati would spend time bouncing back and forth between Lati’s parents. Lati would grow to learn of Lati’s parents’ progress apart. Lati met and befriended Rayquaza’s lovers, Zygarde and Rachel. Lati met and frequently spends time with Heidi’s girlfriend, Nergal. Lati spent a lot of time with the family, and enjoys every moment spent with everyone. However, as Lati grows older, Lati has requested for more independence from Lati’s parents. Now that peace has returned to the world, Lati wishes to venture the world without supervision to learn more about the world that Lati lives in, meeting new friends and making new memories along the way. Lati also wishes to travel to get a better sense of self-identity, for there is something about identity that Lati does not quite understand just yet….

Additional Abilities

  • Pseudo-Transformation: Rayquaza can appear to look like Zinnia! In this form, Rayquaza looks like Zinnia, but has bright, golden eyes and has a booming voice. However, Rayquaza can only stay in this form for a limited amount of time and cannot use his abilities. Rayquaza in this form is called “Rayquazinnia” (pronouns: they/them)

Biography

Little is known of Rayquaza’s creation or birth. Not even Rayquaza knows of its true origins. Rayquaza’s formative memories are of it roaming the ozone layer performing its duties – to defend the world from debris or other items that could threaten it. Rayquaza goes around the world, extracting impurities from the ozone layer and destroying or eating meteorites or other rocks in orbit, occasionally even snacking on Minior. Overall, it was a lonely affair, but it was all that Rayquaza knew at the time. Even when Rayquaza did encounter others that wished to spend time with him in the world above, Rayquaza maintained his duties while granting hospitality and grace to all curious of him. Despite all of this, it never crossed the dragon’s mind to be curious of the world below, as the ozone was all it could think of.
Then, everything changed with a great wish.
60,000 years ago, Rayquaza suddenly had a strong feeling – like something was calling him from below. This break in thought allowed Rayquaza to become curious of the world below and of the strange feeling. Rayquaza decided to investigate and descend from the heavens to greet the creatures that called him. What type of life would truly want an audience with him? What type of life was even out there in the world? The dragon wished to know. Rayquaza descended to the earth and was greeted by large groups of humans. They were starstruck by his appearance. They praised and worshiped him. They made offerings to him. They sang and danced to his name and idea. Rayquaza felt welcomed and loved by all of the creatures that he spent his time with, no matter how little or much of it was with a specific individual. Rayquaza loved the attention and loved the people that loved him. However, duty still calls.Rayquaza wished his people farewell and ascended back to the skies. He returned to the heights of the Ozone layer. For thousands of years, the dragon continued to tend to his duties while occasionally descending to the earth to meet various people and creatures within. He saw a beauty in its ferality and fell in love with its harmony. This only made him love his work to protect the ozone even more. Then, Rayquaza found himself involved and intertwined with the tales of a region.Every 1,000 years, a meteor shower would appear above the Hoenn region and, every 1,000 years, a meteor would crash into the earth. 2,000 years ago, during Rayquaza’s duties, a group of meteors fell and crashed into a waterfall, creating what is now Meteor Falls. Remembering the humans that Rayquaza had met long ago, the dragon descended from the heavens to check on the world below. Rayquaza appeared to the people who looked at him in awe, who have long forgotten his name or his existence. Rayquaza helped a few of the people to safety as he assessed the damage of their destroyed home. Finally, he noticed as Kyogre and Groudon ran rampant and attempted to fight each other to the death without any regard to the safety of the environment around them. Rayquaza intervened, fought the two beasts, and drove them back from whence they came. Finally, after checking the people once again, Rayquaza returned to the ozone once again, knowing that he had helped the people.1,000 years later, a bigger meteorite struck the region, but hitting the seas and opening a bed of energy below. Rayquaza felt drawn to that energy, but was instead worried for the people that he helped all of those years ago. Then, when he sensed the wishes and calls of the very people, Rayquaza knew that he needed to go into action. Rayquaza flew from the heavens and down to the fallen meteorite, where Kyogre and Groudon battled for the Primal energy. The people begged for Rayquaza and wished for him to put an end to the fighting once and for all so that the people and Pokémon could live in peace. To show their sincerity, the leader of the village offered herself and a special shard of the meteoroid that broke off and shared a special glow.Rayquaza accepted both.Rayquaza ate the meteorite and allowed the leader to hop on his back. With the power of the shard and the wishes of the leader, the dragon transformed into an even greater being. This new power allowed him to approach the two behemoths and drain the energy from them both, sapping them of their power. Kyogre and Groudon, weakened from the interaction, fled from the scene, not to be seen again for another 1,000 years. Rayquaza returned to the people as they rejoiced and worshiped Rayquaza. Pleased with his actions, Rayquaza felt fond of the people and of the leader. He returned the leader and asked for her hand in marriage, claiming that he will return for her in her time. She accepted and Rayquaza returned to the skies once more.A witness to the events states: “It is the Δ (Delta), born of the great disturbances in this world. By the bonds born of mankind’s wish and the power of the stones, it will calm the troubles that plague the world.”Rayquaza did eventually return to the people many years later as they began work on the great tower. Rayquaza met the leader, who, in fact, did trust and waited for his return. Rayquaza, took the woman’s hand in marriage and the two bonded closer than before. The Delta learned of the culture of the people through the woman and further fell in love with the world below. In between his duties, Rayquaza frequently spent time with his love and his people, and even raised children with her. Many years later, the leader passed away and Rayquaza gave a few final lessons to his people before ascending to the heavens once more to tend to his duties. For the next 700 years, Rayquaza would occasionally descend to the world below to check on his people. Sometimes, he would come as himself, but sometimes, he would disguise as the leader from long ago. He bonded with several of the descendents and settled with other local Pokémon. However, despite the assistance, Rayquaza started to become depressed as several descendents disappeared or perished under his care in a row. Distraught and ashamed, Rayquaza ascended back to the heavens and disappeared from his people’s lives, blaming himself for the incidents.250 years later, Rayquaza finally decided to descend once more. He was greeted by an elder leader of the people from before. She called herself Lorekeeper Ayame, and wished to grant Rayquaza’s favor. She told Rayquaza of the tale of the people since he had left and challenged him to a Pokémon battle to prove herself to him. Rayquaza accepted the duel, but defeated her without a second thought. Defeated, Lorekeeper Ayame wished him well and returned to the village. Years later, a second Lorekeeper ascended and called him. Lorekeeper Aster spoke with him and quickly befriended him. She and Rayquaza grew a close bond, but she ultimately died in a fire. Rayquaza became depressed once more and ascended to the heavens, wishing to not be seen once again.Eventually, Rayquaza would be called once again, and, after many attempts, descended unto the earth; however, he did not have the power as before to Mega Evolve as the Lorekeeper wished. Zinnia was left distraught, with the region doomed to destruction. However, as Rayquaza had sensed before, he noticed a presence from the child that Zinnia brought along. Rayquaza dug into the bag, ate the meteorite in the bag, and restored his power! As a reward, Rayquaza chose the child to journey with him to destroy the meteor hurling towards the Hoenn Region. The child agreed, caught him, proved their bond, and journeyed with him to space, where the child used Mega Evolution to allow Rayquaza to destroy the meteor and defeat the alien within. The child then caught the alien. The Lorekeeper departed the scene and left the region, but Rayquaza and the child champion remained together. For several years, Rayquaza journeyed with the child as they bonded and worked together; however, over time, Rayquaza started to miss the Lorekeeper and the people that he guided in the past. The child, understanding his plight, released the dragon, allowing Rayquaza to return to Sky Pillar once more in hopes that Lorekeeper Zinnia, or any other Lorekeeper, would return….Zinnia did eventually return to Sky Pillar. The two chatted and challenged each other. Zinnia’s newfound passion and determination caused her to win the battle, and earn Rayquaza’s trust. Zinnia thanked Rayquaza for his lessons and time and wished for him to join her in her journey to protect the world. Rayquaza agreed, became Zinnia’s Pokémon, and took her under himself as his new daughter. The two now work together to do anything that they can to maintain the beauty of the world and to keep it safe at all costs.

Backstory

Born of the ancient Draconid clan, Zinnia became both a stargazer and a dragon fighter. While Zinnia’s brash and impulsive nature caused her to be an outcast amongst her peers, Zinnia’s love of history, astrology, and imagination allowed her to shine as a child with a lot of potential in their life. Zinnia had little peers, but made friends with several adults and many of the Dragon-type Pokémon in the village. However, when her best friend, Lorekeeper Aster, perished in a fire, Zinnia was overwhelmed with grief. In a fit of anger, Zinnia took the mantle as Lorekeeper for herself and ventured to the Hoenn region to continue the prophecy. Zinnia did all that she could to summon and bond with Rayquaza in order to stop the great meteor that threatened the Hoenn Region, even convincing Team Magma to awaken Groudon so Rayquaza could intervene; however, none of her attempts were capable of summoning the Sky High Pokémon. In a final attempt to gain Rayquaza’s favor, Zinnia summoned the new champion of the region to help her summon Rayquaza. While this attempt was successful, the Legendary Pokémon chose the champion instead to be its trainer, allowing the dragon and the child to take to the sky and save the world. After the champion was chosen, Zinnia left the Hoenn region to finally reflect on herself. Zinnia traveled to the Unova region, where she stayed for 2 years. She met several people and Pokémon there, became closer with her team and slowly learned to both cope with her situation and discover what she wanted to do with her life. Once complete, after some encouragement with Drayden, Zinnia returned to Hoenn to confront her past once and for all.Zinnia returned to Hoenn and visited Sky Pillar. Upon her return, Zinnia quickly encountered Rayquaza and challenged it to a battle. Their fight was fierce, but with her newfound strength by her side, Zinnia eventually defeated the Sky High Pokémon. Triumphant of her progress, Zinnia healed and hugged the dragon, thanking it for its lesson to her. After talking with it for some time, though, the dragon had given her one final wish: to join her in her journey to protect the world. Now, Zinnia and Rayquaza work together doing anything they can to maintain the beauty of the world while teaching others to follow in their footsteps.

Biography

Ruined Kingdom

Melony’s birth is tied to the very creation of the Ruined Kingdom itself. Melony was given form by Friede as one of the Creation Trio. Friede loved Melony and blessed her as the god of antimatter before letting her go along her realm. However, Melony was not satisfied with her blessing. As such, she challenged Friede for control of the realm, starting a duel that would last for a countless amount of time and meddling with the reality of said world. Eventually, however, Melony was defeated and banished into the Distortion World, with Friede taking a piece of her soul away and creating a Core of it.A prophecy was made that day – that the two would eventually fight once more – deciding on the very fate of the world. Melony relished for the day, choosing to hide in the shadows within her Distortion World for the day she can challenge Arceus directly. Many eons passed. Melony attempted several times to break free of this curse and to obtain her fragment back once and for all; however, she was thwarted and re-sealed time and time again. Then, Melony changed her outlook and tactics.Melony stopped her attempts to break free and put up a front of remorse, waiting patiently for her moment to strike. The Renegade started to behave and participate under Friede’s rules. She gained some trust in the realm and became one of Friede’s favored children; however, she had not ever received the piece of her soul for some time. Instead, as a reward of Melony’s loyalty, she was given the Ghost Plate for now until Friede was satisfied enough to trade with her Griseous Core. Then, one day, whilst Melony had returned to hiding, she found her opportunity from a man named Volo. He had been heart-broken by Friede during one of her quests to learn more about the human species directly. He was broken and depressed, but suspicious of Friede’s identity. Melony had been watching this entire time and passively led Volo to her gates where she waited for him. Upon entering, Volo was greeted by sweet pleasantries and love bombing. She told him the truth of Friede’s identity and blamed her for his heartbreak. Melony then manipulated him, slowly drained him of his sanity, and had him see her True Form, breaking his hold on reality. Then, she promised to help him confront her and promised a new world where she and he would be together as rulers of the realm…. All he needed to do was to catch Friede and subjugate her. Volo and Melony worked together to force Palkia into a frenzy to provoke Arceus, and, should she fail, to gather the remaining 17 plates and summon Friede. However, their plans were thwarted. Friede summoned a young girl, Akari, from another time and place to help with the crisis that was brewing from Melony’s actions. Akari ventured around the Hisui region, calmed the Noble Pokémon, calmed Palkia, and captured both Dialga and Palkia. As such, Volo and Melony agreed to go into the next phase of their plan. Volo helped Akari obtain the 17 remaining plates and led her to Spear Pillar. Volo then challenged her, hoping to strike her down and take the plates for himself; however, he was unsuccessful in defeating Akari. Melony intervened and challenged Akari, but even after giving it her all without her core, Melony also was defeated. Thus, Melony was driven back and vanished without a trace.Melony’s repeated failure caused her fall into a deep depression, and it was during that depression where a projection of Friede appeared. The two talked together, about the current world, of the humans that inhabit it, and of the relationship between them and Pokémon. They talked about their own relationship and their own one-sided rivalry. That’s where Friede made her a deal. If Melony would become Akari’s travel companion for a year to better understand the current world, then Friede will give Melony’s true and full power back to her. Should she still be unsatisfied, then the two would fight once more. The winner would shape the world in their image while the loser would be given a permanent death.Melony agreed. Melony left the Distortion World and met Akari at Sendoff Spring, where Akari challenged her and captured her. For a year, the two would be together. Melony would defend Akari from any foe that wished to do her harm while also helping in any way that she could with the Hisui region and the humans that resided there. Melony grew fond of the world, of the Pokémon, of the humans, and of the atmosphere. Thus, when the year was over, Melony decided not to challenge Friede, but to use her abilities to help foster the harmony between people and Pokémon within the world. Then, for much of Akari’s life, the two continued to remain close friends and partners as the newly named Sinnoh region began to thrive.Years passed and Melony was no longer directly needed within the Sinnoh region; however, she and Friede became friends and Melony would become the world’s protector from the shadows. So, when Friede proposed the idea of creating a city for the Hall of Origin to open to humans, Melony was one of the first to agree to it. With Melony’s (and others’) help, Friede created a thriving city where humans, Pokémon, and Legendary Pokémon would work together to make the world a better place: Origin City. Melony even became one of the two Dragon-type gym leaders for the world. For many years, the city lived in harmony and without incident.Everything changed with the actions of a single man and his followers. Cyrus detected the city and the state of the world. With the help of his followers, Cyrus slowly dismantled the hierarchy of the Legendary Pokémon. He captured Dialga and Palkia. He destroyed Melony’s Griseous Core and banished her back to the Distortion World. He shackled Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf. Finally, he ascended to Friede’s domain and attempted to capture Friede. However, Friede slew him and all of those helping him. From that moment, Friede’s grief and trauma started to manifest, and, even when she was able to help her children return to what they were, humans who heard of her actions and grew fearful demanded explanations and eventually attempted to for actions from her. Friede fearfully slew them as well.Over time, the city became abandoned and Friede herself started to isolate herself more. Melony attempted to talk things through with her friend, hoping to try to help make amends, but Friede rejected her. Melony attempted to mend things with the humans directly, but the humans, accusing Melony of siding with Friede, rejected her, too. Over time, as Friede’s heart started to harden, Melony felt more and more isolated from the world, but still chose to protect it with the hope that she could help to fix everything. That day never came. After 200 years, Friede gathered a few of her most loyal Legendary Pokémon and caused an apocalypse on the world. She started to destroy the entire world, killing countless people and Pokémon. Initially, Melony did what she could to shelter a few of the Legendary Pokémon, but no human was able to successfully enter her domain. That’s when Melony decided to take the problem head-on. Melony went to Friede and challenged her once more. However, when Melony attempted to summon her full strength, Friede destroyed her core and banished her back into the Distortion World, where Melony was unable to save anyone more. After the world-ending event, Friede disappeared, and Melony returned to the world a week later in a weakened state. All but one of the Legendary Pokémon under her care slowly started to part ways with her, hoping to find some way to fix everything. As for Melony herself? She started to venture the world for her destroyed Griseous Core. For 100 years, Melony roamed the world in search of all of the pieces of her Griseous Core. She was able to find a few, but continued to struggle with finding the rest. Then, her luck changed with a chance meeting.

Elysium

Melony noticed as a familiar Shiny Latias entered the world on her own volition. While Melony was skeptical of the Pokémon, Melony decided that this could be the only way that Melony would be able to do anything. As such, Melony snuck and entered through Heidi’s portal during one of Heidi’s entries.Melony wasn’t expecting to find a completely different world. Unlike her now-destroyed home, this world was one where humans and Pokémon thrived – where they worked together to solve trouble just like the one of Melony’s past. Melony was in awe, and, when she eventually met Heidi directly, Melony and Heidi became fast friends and sisters. Melony was also given the opportunity to stay in the world by Heidi, her husband, and the Arceus of that world at the time, Izanami. Over time, Melony would work with everyone in any way that she could while learning more of the world. In return for Melony’s help, Heidi would assist Melony in finding the missing pieces of herself, eventually finding enough pieces of Melony’s core for Melony to reconstruct it and return her to form. Melony was completed and pledged her loyalty to Heidi, both as Heidi’s sister but also as Heidi’s retainer. Now with Friede defeated by Heidi, Melony lives at her new home with Heidi as Heidi’s protector, and, with the threat of Friede vanquished, Melony now spends her time helping Heidi in her mission to keep the family of the world together and protect the world from any additional harm, and with her newfound freedom, Melony now is on a personal journey of self-discovery and understanding of her identity and wishes.

Biography

Ruined Kingdom

Heidi was born 2,000 years ago in another world. She spent half of her early childhood with her Latias Mother, who balanced between tending to her and answering the call of duty for the Rayquaza of the world. Eventually, however, Heidi’s mother died in a gruesome battle against Groudon, prompting the Rayquaza to search and adopt the young Latias as his own.As the years passed, Heidi enlisted into Rayquaza’s army and quickly showed a natural talent in combat and espionage. Before long, she quickly became a Battle Scout: a soldier who both stealthily collected intelligence and led in larger-scale battles in times of war. She quickly became well-respected during her time in service; however, she and a group of companions suddenly disappeared 1,000 years ago during a mission to investigate the link between Ultra Wormholes and the disappearances of several members of the army. Their investigation caused them to be sucked through an Ultra Wormhole and attacked by an Ultra Necrozma that killed everyone except for Heidi, who barely managed to fall in another world when near-death.

Gaia

The Shiny Latias landed in a world without Mega Evolution. Although she was nursed to health by Lauren, the Latias of the world, and Lati, the Latios of the world, the Shiny Latias lost her memory, becoming unable to recall anything from before she landed on Southern Island. Lauren and Lati adopted the Shiny Latias as their sister. The three dragons spent much of their time tending to each other, wandering the world, and interacting with humans and Pokémon while disguised as humans. During her curiosity, Latias researched and was enamored with human history, Infinity Energy, science, and technology. Eventually, she started tinkering with technology herself, creating small inventions that combined both the science of the current-day and her own abilities, and, while only her siblings knew of her habit, she became proud of her work.Eventually, however, she would lose everything once more. One day, another Ultra Wormhole opened, sucking in both the Shiny Latias and Lauren in another dimension, where they stay to this day.

Elysium

The two Latias found themselves in Sky Pillar in another parallel world. Zinnia and Rayquaza, the residents of the place, found them and allowed them to temporarily live in their home. As time progressed, the Shiny Latias became close friends with Zinnia and fell in love with Rayquaza. Thus, as thanks, the Shiny Latias offered to become Zinnia’s Pokémon and to become a permanent resident of Sky Pillar. Lauren, however, slowly strayed from them, eventually finding a home in the newly reformed Team Magma as a way to stay close enough to keep an eye on her sister. Zinnia caught Latias and nicknamed her “Lacey.” Together, the three lived in harmony for a time, eventually allowing Lacey and Rayquaza to become companions and, eventually, marry. However, 2 years after Lacey and Lauren arrived in the realm, an evil Arceus discovered the world and inhabited it. After destroying countless worlds, Arceus grew bored and rested within Elysium to rest herself. Her name was Friede, World Cleanser. One day when encountering this Arceus, Lacey slowly began to rediscover who she really was as well as the 1,000 years that she had no longer remembered; however, in doing so, she inadvertently discovered that Friede was her Arceus, meaning that her original world and its inhabitants were wiped out by the very creature that created them. Stricken with grief, Heidi vowed to her family that she would stay by their side, defending the world from her mother to prevent her Arceus from losing everything of their birthplace, just as she had those years ago.Over time, Heidi eventually found several Legendary Pokémon who had survived Friede’s onslaught. From Heidi’s Giratina who was trapped in the old world to her Zygarde who escaped into this world, Heidi amassed a group of Legendary Pokémon that banded together with her. She trained with each of them and learned more about the Ruined Kingdom in the years that she was away and formed bonds that she previously didn’t think possible. Eventually, while she decided to keep her vow, she also decided to do whatever she can to integrate her old family with her new one.

Successor

Unbeknownst to her, however, someone else had plans for her. Elysium’s Arceus, Izanami, gave her a Unown companion, Ghost, so Heidi could research and learn more about Infinity Energy and some secrets of Arceus to help her find an upper hand against Friede; however, this was partially a ploy to grant Heidi the power to wield the power of Arceus for herself and master it, so that she may be the next Arceus in line in Izanami’s place. Heidi continued to learn and master basic creation abilities and other areas of knowledge that an Arceus would understand, unaware of the true purpose of her journey; however, when Izanami finally passed away, the purpose quickly became clear. Heidi took the mantle as Arceus. She learned the duties of Arceus from others of the species. She honed her battle and creation skills from her peers and family. She found companions in alternate universe versions of herself. She even learned of and honed in her special relationship to Infinity Energy. However, at the end of the day, she decided that being an Arceus is not who she was.The day eventually came where she had to challenge Friede. The two battled and fought hard, and Heidi emerged victorious, defeating her All-Mother and saving the world she resides in. However, after doing so, she made an announcement to the world: that she wished not to be Arceus of this world. Heidi still feels like a Latias and would like to remain as such. At the same time, however, she doesn’t wish to subject the world to be given to another Arceus, no matter how trusting they are. She believed that this world belonged to the many people and Pokémon of the world, and that it is not anyone’s place to dictate otherwise. As such, for now, she acts as Acting-Arceus of the world, to find a way to step down and return to her life as a Latias without causing undue harm to the world without an Arceus.

Additional Abilities

  • Restricted Eternamax: Nergal cannot Eternamax by normal means. Attempting to Dynamax Nergal without her being truly complete will simply cause her to be stronger for a short amount of time.

  • Magical Entity Eternamax: Nergal can achieve Eternamax by absorbing enough Dynamax energy and obtaining enough charged Wishing Stars. Upon Eternamaxing, Nergal goes through a Magical Girl sequence, transforming her into her Eternamax form. Nergal is much stronger and more powerful in this form. In addition, Nergal can cause those around her to Dynamax, whether they are human or Pokémon. Performing a Dynamax under Nergal’s influence does not make the victim larger, but instead causes them to undergo a Magical Girl transformation as well. Those who do not have enough fortitude will grow violent, attacking their surroundings according to Nergal’s whims.

  • Reality Manipulator: Nergal is able to mess with the time and space around her. She is able to use these abilities to send weaker entities such as humans and standard Pokémon to other time periods or to other locations entirely.

  • Reality Bender: Nergal is able to send herself and others back to view the past and in different spaces.

Biography

Little is known of Nergal’s early past. First recordings of her existence occurred due to an asteroid that descended and crash landed in the Galar region 3,200 years ago. From the asteroid, a Pokémon appeared and began to roam early Galar. Its residual energy from space began to affect those around it, causing those affected by it to transform, gain magical powers, and violently attack the population. The skies quickly grew dark as the Pokémon continued to roam and gain power, causing a crisis of the likes that no one in the area have ever seen. Thus, to save the region, two young boys and two special Pokémon gathered together and challenged the alien Pokémon. The battle was fierce, and, eventually, the alien Pokémon was defeated. The battle left the creature extremely wounded and broken as they fled the scene, not to be seen again. The Pokémon’s whereabouts would not be known for the next 3,000 years. Rumors occasionally surfaced of a strange Dragon-type Pokémon roaming the world with little direction, causing those who inevitably drew near to disappear or be forever changed by the encounter. Other rumors spread of an even weirder human-like individual by the name of Nergal that lured unsuspecting victims to be subject to her whims and further strange, nebulous goals of hers. Nergal was blamed for the deaths of leaders, the fall of budding civilizations, and even the start of wars; however, none of it could be substantiated. The Pokémon from the past appeared once more during the creation of Origin City – a large city in the middle of the Sinnoh Region made by Arceus as a celebration of the bond between people and Pokémon – and took the mantle as Nergal, the Dragon-type co-gym leader of the City. For much of the City’s beginning, Nergal enjoyed a peaceful and eventful life. She accepted challengers, befriended several other Legendary Pokémon, and even enjoyed a rivalry in Melony. However, despite all of this, she was still not satisfied. Nergal was still weakened – incomplete compared to her form from before. Yet, she was unallowed to return to the region of her crash landing to find a way to absorb the energy to return to her old state. Not only that, but she was growing bored of the peace in the world – annoyed at the same routine every day.Her day would come eventually, however.Eventually, Nergal’s Arceus, Friede, started to distance herself from humanity. She grew increasingly wary and distrusting of humans and those that aligned with them, seeing them as more of a threat to the safety of her and those like her. Nergal used this opportunity as her chance. As Friede became more paranoid and as her heart began to close, Nergal grew closer to Friede while feeding onto Friede’s fears and furthering Friede’s goals. Over the next 100 years, Nergal would become one of Friede’s strongest and closest allies, finding and recruiting several Legendary Pokémon to Friede’s cause. Then, the fruit of her labor took hold.Friede and those aligned with her attacked and destroyed the world. Here, Friede temporarily returned Nergal’s full power to her, elevating her strength to new heights. With this new strength, Nergal single-handedly destroyed the entire Galar region and helped to extinguish the human population in the rest of the world. When she and those aligned with her were done, the world had been reduced to rubble, with only the few Legendary Pokémon who fled or hid deep in the world to survive. With her Magnum Opus completed, Nergal left the world, joining Friede on her crusade to purge the multiverse of humanity. For 100 years, Nergal would join Friede to recruit Arceus to their cause or to annihilate entire worlds; however, on the side, Nergal would venture in the multiverse for her own personal gain. On her journey, Nergal would unlock a vast amount of power, allowing her to manipulate time and space and have the ability to defeat even other Arceus by herself; however, no matter where they went and despite all of the power that Nergal would obtain, she never felt exactly whole. She was never able to obtain her Eternamax form by herself, and Friede would never let her keep it whenever she did grant her the power. After 100 years of destroying worlds and sewing chaos, Nergal grew bored. After Friede sustained an injury and went to rest and hide in a different world, Nergal spent a few years roaming the multiverse. No matter where she turned, she couldn’t quite figure out how to become whole again, and there wasn’t anything else that piqued her interest. Was the only way to return to her old self to return to her home world and absorb the remaining Dynamax Energy there? But she could only do that if Friede allowed her to, or if Friede were to be defeated–That’s when Nergal found her breakthrough.Nergal ventured into Elysium, the world that Friede was hiding. She initially was taking the opportunity to scout the realm for any major threats when she encountered Heidi, a shiny Latias that claimed to share a home world with Friede and wished to stop her. Nergal watched her for a while and even clashed once or twice as she became more interested in Heidi. As time went on, Nergal organized more time to spend with Heidi, spending coffee dates and talks together, and Nergal knew that there was something special about her that kept her attention and intrigue. So, the two were able to talk more and learn about each other – in between fights, of course. Eventually, the Arceus of the world, Izanami, passed away and Heidi took the mantle of Arceus of the world, allowing Nergal to get Heidi to make a promise: that after Heidi ensures the world is safe, that she will help Nergal return to her former glory. Not much is known of what Nergal intends to do with the power when she regains it, but one thing is certain: she intends to see Heidi’s promise all of the way through.

Biography

Gaia

Lauren was born in Southern Island 1700 years ago. The younger sister to Lati, Lauren was inseparable from her brother early in life. Even though the two did not have a parent, the two spent their first 500 years together at all times. They would play and survive within Southern Island, and, with some help with their Arceus, Morrigan, the two lived in harmony. However, one day, Groudon and Kyogre began to fight each other, putting the entire Hoenn Region in jeopardy. No one within the Hoenn Region were able to stop them. Humans were too weak, the Regis were in slumber, and Rayquaza did not exist in this world. Thus, with no one to stop the two titans, Lati and Lauren set off to try to defend their home.Lauren was quickly injured during the affair. Lati, however, defeated both of them by himself, and returned home with Lauren without a trace.Humans didn’t recognize Lati’s actions, but Morrigan did. After the battle and Lauren’s subsequent recovery, Morrigan acknowledged Lati as her Hoenn enforcer, while not acknowledging Lauren in any way. Over the next 200 years, Lati would be occasionally called to deal with other threats throughout the region while she would stay alone. While it was usually lonely during those times, Lauren quickly accepted the new status quo. That was until, 1,000 years ago when an amnesiac Heidi suddenly appeared on the island. Lauren and Lati took her in and nursed her to health. Heidi didn’t remember her name or any details of her life prior to arriving on the island. So, Lauren and Lati accepted her as their sister to live with them. Over the years, the trio grew close, and Lauren’s occasional loneliness was cured with the arrival of the new sister. Even when Lati would leave on his own, Lauren and Heidi would play together or travel together to better learn about humans and their various discoveries. Heidi and Lauren would sometimes separate to achieve their own goals, but they and Lati would always meet together in Southern Island like one happy family.

Elysium

One day, while Lati was away, an Ultra Wormhole appeared on Southern Island. It seemed dormant at first, but when Heidi and Lauren noticed and approached it, the Ultra Wormhole sucked them in, transporting them into another world – one where Mega Evolution existed. The duo landed in Sky Pillar in front of Zinnia and Rayquaza, who nursed them to health and helped them understand what happened. They learned that they were transported into another world and that there was no known way at the time to return home. Zinnia and Rayquaza gave them the space to grieve, and, after a long talk, the duo agreed to stay in the world until they could find a way to return to their old home. Heidi decided to live with Rayquaza and Zinnia in Sky Pillar while Lauren applied and was hired as a researcher in Team Magma.During her tenure in Team Magma, Lauren spent several years advancing her career and assisting with research of helping humans and Pokémon coexist in an ever-growing world; however, on her free time, in between art, caring for her Pokémon, and spending time with her new and ever-growing family, Lauren spent additional time researching both the inherit energy within Pokémon and the multiverse phenomenon. Initially, she wished to find a way to return home. She wished to find Lati back home and convince him to come to live with her so that she, Lati, and Heidi could live together in the new world together without a care.Unfortunately, things didn’t go as planned. One day, Lauren learned of Lati’s ultimate fate in his world – that he was killed during a civil war that he waged against Morrigan to save humanity in that world. Lauren grew depressed for some time, but her dreams were even further dashed when Heidi was forced to inherit as Arceus of the world they currently lived in, all but guaranteeing that Heidi will forever be bound to the current world. For some time, Lauren was distraught, seeing her dreams destroyed before her eyes; however, this change of events gave her a new goal: to help Heidi return to her old state, and for her to find her home world to retrieve her brother’s Soul Dew.

Professor Cherry

Due to her research in Team Magma and previous experience in her previous world, Lauren caught the attention of the Professor School and Professor Birch in the Hoenn Region. Lauren was recommended to the school and passed it, publishing theses on the energy link between Mega Evolution and Primal Reversion. As she performed more research for the academy, Lauren was eventually offered an opportunity to open her own laboratory to further her research in Lilycove City. She accepted the position and quit her job at Team Magma in a belief that doing so would be helpful both to herself personally and to the world she lived in at large. Since moving in, Lauren changed her appearance and her formal name to reflect the acceptance of change and of her new life at “Professor Cherry,” a Pokémon Professor that specializes on the relationship between the different energies that Pokémon utilize and purpose in the world.

Mikoto: Daru Dayu - Show By Rock

Biography

Born to a Draconid mother and a “heroic” Hoennian father, Kathy spent most of her life within the Draconid Village in Hoenn. Throughout her childhood, she learned much of the ancient ways of the people and culture that raised her; however, no matter what, there was little at the village that interested her. Sure, she preferred Dragon-type Pokémon over many other types. She even cared for her starter, Goomy, to prove that. However, she wasn’t interested or particularly good as a Pokémon Trainer, nor found interest in the rich history of the Hoenn Region. Thus, searched around for something that she had some motivation for. That was, until she visited Sootopolis City.Kathy and her father visited Sootopolis City to attend a special Pokémon Super Contest hosted by the local Gym Leader, Wallace, and hosting many different water-type Pokémon and techniques. Kathy and her father sat amongst the crowd to spectate the event. It was there where Kathy felt a spark within herself. She couldn’t quite put her finger on why, but Kathy felt enamored of the beauty, grace, and coordination between a Pokémon Coordinator and their Pokémon. Thus, after the contest and a meeting with both Wallace and his niece, Lisia, Kathy decided that she wanted to become a Pokémon Coordinator one day.The news didn’t sit well with much of her home. Many of the villagers protested against her decision. Adults called her efforts fruitless and a waste of time and potential. Children teased her on her decision to not follow the local tradition and become someone special. Even some members of the council worked to redirect Kathy into something more fitting for someone of her lineage, hoping to find something else for her and for Goomy to strive for. Kathy soon became discouraged from the village and began to distance herself from many of its members because of it; however, there were still three people that she looked to despite it all: her father, mother, and the Elder. Kathy’s parents approved of her decision. They allowed her to watch contests and learn about them in secret. The Elder, on the other hand, continued to be there for her no matter her decision. She claimed that it was better for her to have passion for something that was different and not unnecessarily harmful for herself and her Pokémon than to not have passion at all.Kathy was supported by her mother and father until their eventual deaths a few years ago. One day, while away for a trip, the two were involved in an accident, causing them to fall in Mt. Chimney and perish. Orphaned and isolated, Kathy was devastated by the news, losing almost all ambition in life. Worse yet, at first, the only villagers who seemed to want to help her were those who didn’t want to care for her as a person until the recent tragedy. Thus, Kathy felt even more isolated than before, too afraid to become motivated again. Then, there was a phone call, and a surprise visit.Kathy’s aunt, Marisa “Lady” Wyvern, returned to the village from a distant region. After hearing the news, she swiftly returned to the Hoenn region to visit her niece. Kathy and Lady Wyvern spoke for some time, before Lady Wyvern offered Kathy a way out: to come to live with her in the Kalos Region, and to learn and figure out what to do from there. She promised that she’ll give Kathy the space that she needs while also caring for her and her Pokémon. Kathy reluctantly obliged and the two of them left the village to live in Lady Wyvern’s home in the region. There, she spent 2 years under Lady Wyvern’s wing, learning more about Pokémon battles and helping around the place. Two years later, a dispute broke out between Kathy and Lady Wyvern. Little is known outside of them, but a battle broke out between the two of them. Kathy lost the battle, and, afterwards, she ran away from the Kalos region and returned to the Hoenn region, where she works to grow stronger as herself and participate in contests as Mikoto.

Biography

Hilda was born in the Nuvema Town to a stay-at-home mother and a salaryman father. Through Hilda’s early childhood, she spent a lot of time at home spending time with her family and the few friends around her age around that time, notably two children named Cheren and Bianca. The three were extremely close friends and loved Pokémon in their own way. Even when they were little, the trio promised each other that they’ll all start their Pokémon journey together, that no matter where life takes them after that point, that they’ll take their first steps together. The years passed by as the three started to grow up.Eventually, it was time for them to start their own Pokémon journey; however, Bianca’s parents wouldn’t budge at first. For some time, Bianca’s parents were worried about her well-being and didn’t approve of her going out to become a Pokémon Trainer. Initially, Bianca offered for Cheren and Hilda to go without her, but the duo refused. They delayed their plans for over a year while the adults of the town slowly convinced Bianca’s parents to let her go. Eventually, they did and the trio started their Pokémon journey together to find their own path: Cheren to become the strongest trainer, Bianca to follow along her friends, and Hilda to make new friends and have fun adventures.Throughout Hilda’s initial journey, she met a significant amount of friends in people and Pokémon, but she also ran into hardship: a team known as Team Plasma was going around the Unova Region to preach about the liberation of Pokémon. They claimed that trainers were enslaving Pokémon and forcing them to do battles; however, neither Hilda, nor her Pokémon companions, saw it that way. As such, she clashed with the team several times throughout her journey. Eventually, she even encountered N, the seeming leader of Team Plasma. The two talked and, although their ideals clashed, became friends and rivals with each other. Still, stopping Team Plasma was enough motivation to push Hilda to push even further into her journey while helping her friends. Hilda obtained the 8 gym badges of the region, attempted and failed to stop Team Plasma at Dragonspiral Tower, and even obtained the Dark Stone from Lenora in Nacrene City. Then, the day that changed Hilda’s trajectory happened.Hilda battled the Elite Four of Unova to chase after N; however, upon reaching the Champion, she was too late in stopping N. N defeated Alder and erected a large castle in the name of Team Plasma. N entered and Hilda chased after him, battling and beating any trainer that got in her way. It was there in the throne room where the two finally met once more: N, the Hero of Ideals vs. Hilda, the young trainer from Nuvema. Initially, Hilda tried to convince N to abandon his path, that people and Pokémon coexist with each other and that releasing all of the Pokémon isn’t in the best interest of either party or the world; however, N wasn’t swayed. As such, she prepared to challenge N to a battle to help him see the error of his ways. That’s when something extraordinary happened. The Dark Stone that Hilda carried with her reacted and transformed into Zekrom, the Legendary Pokémon of Ideals! Not only that, but Zekrom wished to challenge Hilda to prove that she was worthy of being the Hero of Ideals! Initially, Hilda was flustered, but N allowed her and Hilda agreed to the challenge. The fight was unlike any wild Pokémon that she’s seen before; however, at the end, Hilda was able to defeat and catch Zekrom and crown herself as the Hero of Ideals. Then, it was N’s turn. Hilda and N fought, clashing the truth seeker against the idealist. The battle was even fiercer than before, with even Zekrom and Reshiram being pushed to the limits; however, it was Hilda that was victorious. Hilda was overwhelmed with joy at defeating N; however, she quickly regained her composure when a man by the name of Ghetsis denounced N and challenged her to silence and defeat her for ruining his dream of manipulating N into releasing all Pokémon except for his own. Furious, Hilda rose and challenged Ghetsis; however, unlike N, she utterly decimated Ghetsis’s team without a second thought, for it was him that started this trouble in the first place. With him defeated and Team Plasma disbanding, N smiled at Hilda, thanked her, bid her farewell, and flew off to find his own way. Much of Team Plasma was arrested that day as well.Hilda was hailed as a hero in the Unova region; however, she didn’t care much for the title. As she stayed in the Unova Region, Hilda couldn’t stop but to think about N. As time went on and she helped the International Police tie up loose ends with the Seven Sages, she thought about where N would be. As she battled against the Swords of Justice on her own, she couldn’t stop thinking about the epic battle against him. Even when she befriended Iris and inspired her to try for Champion, Hilda thought of the Champion potential of N as well. Thus, one day, Hilda fled the Unova Region to venture the world and search for her friend. Hilda wished her family and friends goodbye as she hopped from region to region to search for N. She encountered newer and stranger Pokémon and challenged interesting and unique trainers throughout her journey, but nothing could stop her from thinking of her friend. Eventually, she found him in a café in Kalos. N had been in Kalos to rediscover himself when Hilda found him. The two caught up and became friends once again, even battling each other like old times. N eventually understood his place in the world: to help foster the connection between people and Pokémon. As such, N agreed to return to the Unova Region; however, unlike N, Hilda decided to stay away. While Hilda had originally traveled to find N, she was now having too much fun traveling the world to go home now. Because of this, the two friends exchanged numbers and parted ways as Hilda continued to travel and make new friends.Hilda, Zekrom, and her team traveled for several years. They even encountered and battled other trainers such as Serena, Leaf, and May. However, eventually, Hilda and Zekrom became homesick and returned home. There, they caught up with all of their friends and family. There, she shared the various adventures that she’s had, exchanged stories with her friends, and even made new friends of Nate, Rosa, and Hugh. She even learned about Ghetsis’s attempted return with Neo Team Plasma. Still, Hilda enjoyed her time back home and remembered how much she loved everyone. She still kept in touch with her friends from other regions, too. She chatted with them regularly to hear about the going ons of the day and about their own respective journeys. Hilda learned about Team Rocket through Leaf and Kris, the Legendary Weather Trio through May, Team Galactic through Dawn and Cynthia, and other interesting stories. That’s when she eventually had an idea. She and Leaf came together to make a friend group of several important trainers that they’ve met from each region. They called it the “Starter Squad” and stood as a group that would try to keep the peace within the regions of the world. Initially, the group only contained a few people, but as time went on, more important trainers would join their cause. Hilda now serves as co-leader of the group, doing whatever she can to keep the world safe and to have fun along the way.

Biography

TW: Death

Serena was born in the Galar Region by a famous Rhyhorn racer and a Galarian Pokémon trainer. For much of her early life, she was in a loving home, learning about the world and making friends from humans and Pokémon alike. She got into the arts, but also had a particular fascination with Pokémon training like her father. However, the parents never had the intention to have her start her journey in the home region. Instead, as Serena grew older and was coming of age, her parents decided that it would be better for her to start a Pokémon journey in the Kalos region due to the different opportunities there. So, Serena’s mother, Grace, retired from Rhyhorn racing and moved out to Vaniville Town in the Kalos region. In the Kalos region, Serena started her Pokémon journey and befriended several friends in her neighborhood: the shy Trevor, the eager Tierno, the curious Shauna, and the ambitious Calem. The five of them quickly became fast and close friends. The five of them would interact often, each having their own unique dynamic with Serena. With Tierno, Serena exchanged dance moves and music with each other. With Trevor, Serean would discuss the various Pokémon they each had caught and the various behaviors even within the same species. With Shauna, Serena shared deep and fond memories, confiding in Shauna of her deeper thoughts.…and then, there was Calem. Calem and Serena shared a battle rivalry, but they were so much more. The two trainers were in love with each other, though neither of them admitted it for some time. Throughout their journey, the two would find some excuse to find each other and either hang out or battle. Serena would always win the battles, but Calem always kept in step with her. Throughout collecting the badges of the region and even after Serena became champion, the two would always find time in their schedule to battle or talk with each other… assuming they’re not with the rest of the group together, anyway. However, there was one issue that was in the way of everything: Team Flare. During the group’s Pokémon Journey, Serena and the rest of the group worked separately to foil various miscellaneous attempts to steal Pokémon, power, and Pokéballs; however, when Lysandre announced his intentions to use the power of Xerneas to relaunch the Ultimate Weapon, the band of friends gathered together and breached Team Flare Secret HQ to put an end to the evil team. Each of them worked hard, and, in the end, not only was Serena able to save and catch Xerneas, but she was also able to defeat the likes of Lysandre. Desperate and distraught, Lysandre launched the Ultimate Weapon to land in the HQ, hoping to catch the friends in the blast and cursing them with immortality. The group fled the scene to avoid the blast, but Serena tripped and fell, falling much behind her peers. Initially, she urged everyone to just keep running and that she’ll catch up, but Shauna turned around to help her. The blast crashed on the Secret Headquarters, destroying it, and the two friends only managed to escape the debris with Xerneas’ help.Nonetheless, Serena still went on to become Champion of the region and even assisted Looker of the International Police with some cases related to Team Flare. Meanwhile, at home, the quintet returned to constantly hanging out with each other, especially Serena and Calem. The two neighbors never explicitly confessed their love to each other, but it was obvious to everyone around them of the likely trajectory of their relationship. However, there was one thing that Calem was insecure about that led to disaster. Calem lamented about his losing streak against Serena and her affinity with Xerneas. He believed that he would be unworthy of her due to his lack of skill. So, eventually, whenever he wasn’t with Serena or his friends and family, Calem and his Pokémon worked extremely hard, but also researched the other Legendary Pokémon of the region. He sought an audience and a battle with Zygarde, but after Zygarde defeated him, the dragon let him go. However, when researching and eventually finding Yveltal, the dynamic would be much different. Calem and Yveltal got along quickly and Yveltal did wish to eventually partner with him, but Yveltal could not control its power. Slowly during their meetings, Yveltal would drain Calem’s life without either of them realizing until it was far too late. During their final meeting, Calem suddenly felt weak, fell to the ground, and fainted. He would never get up again. It was Xerneas that told Serena and the friends the news of Calem’s death. Serena was devastated. She broke down crying and fell into a deep depression. Over time, she and the group slowly distanced themselves after Calem’s death. In addition, to rid herself of more pain, Serena resigned from her role as Kalos Champion, released Xerenas, took in some of Calem’s Pokémon, and stayed in Vaniville Town with her mother, where she remained for over a year.Eventually, Serena grew worried about her mother. She noticed that Grace had been worried about some bills and wished to help. Because of this, Serena took up a part-time job as a waitress at Restaurant Le Wow, where she started interacting with more people, and eventually made friends during her off time such as Leaf, Hilda, Kathy, and Zinnia. The new friend group gave her comfort and another sense of perspective on her life. Then, Serena encountered Zygarde itself. Serena was summoned to Terminus Cave by Zygarde and descended. There, the human and Legendary Pokémon talked – about their lives, their trauma, their challenges – and eventually agreed to work together and get therapy for each of them.Serena has been improving since joining forces with Zygarde. Serena challenged the Elite Four again and became champion again. She grew closer with her Protagonist friends. She even reconnected with and brought back her old friend group. Serena has been slowly finding herself again. She now works hard to become the Serena that Calem saw in her once more and to protect this region and this world in her own way.

Biography

TW: child abuse, disease, kidnapping, child experimentation, death, and suicide

Leaf is Team Rocket Admin Archer’s daughter. She’s technically from Celadon City and was a child born out of wedlock. The two parents did what they could to support her, but then, very early in life, she was diagnosed with a rare disease early and wasn’t supposed to live past 6. Her parents tried everything that they could to cure her but couldn’t find anything. This fact divided the two parents and Archer started leaving for an extended amount of time because of this. Then, one day, desperate for a cure (and maybe cash as well), Archer convinced Leaf to come with him to see him fight another Pokémon Gym; however, this was a cover to get her kidnapped by Team Rocket in the Pokémon Mansion instead. Leaf was held captive for 7 years where Team Rocket constantly monitored and experimented on her to turn her into the ultimate lifeform; however, while they were able to cure her disease after one of these experiments, they were unable to drastically enhance her to achieve their goals. Thus, she is codenamed “The Prototype” within Rocket Circles.Eventually, everyone outside started to give up looking for her. The police presumed her as dead while most of her family were too far away to consider anything. In addition, the fact that she was diseased added more doubt that she would be out there somewhere; however, her mother refused to give up. She searched hard for her daughter, finding leads and breadcrumbs to find her lovely daughter. Unfortunately, the time was cut short as a hitman ended her life before she could figure out the truth. When Leaf was 11, Team Rocket decided to change tactics and eventually created Mewtwo by using Mew’s DNA, Leaf’s DNA, and other things. Strangely, Mewtwo and Leaf were able to create a psychic bond and became friends, talking about endurance and finding a way out of their situation. As Mewtwo grew, their bond became closer, and they talked about becoming a family together. All they needed was to let Mewtwo get stronger and to find an opening and they would be free at last. However, one day, Mewtwo changed. It became distant towards her, even forgetting who both she and it were. Devastated that her only friend had become distant and with the fear of being alone again, Leaf lashed out one day, screaming and fighting all of the scientists and nearby Pokémon. Everyone tried to detain her, but she held her own well enough that she had to be attacked by several Pokémon at once. However, once Leaf was nearly apprehended, Mewtwo broke out, joining her side before defeating and killing many of the scientists around them. This invigorated her, and the two did what they could to break free. Eventually Mewtwo managed to teleport it and Leaf to Pallet Town, away from the clutches of Team Rocket. Leaf had thought that this could be the start of a new life between her and Mewtwo, that they could find a place to be together….…Instead, Mewtwo left her.Mewtwo demanded that Leaf find a new life with humans that would care for her, and to stop spending her time chasing after a “monster” like him. It dropped her off in front of Professor Oak’s Laboratory in Pallet Town, knocked on the door and departed, expecting to never see its friend ever again.Professor Oak opened the door to the lonely child and took her in as his own adoptive granddaughter. He introduced her to her soon-to-be-family in Red, Blue, Daisy, and Red’s mother. Leaf became fast friends with the two of them, becoming the heart of the not-yet-legendary trio by providing emotional support and unconditional love to them. Even when Blue slowly changed and started to bully Red, Leaf would be the glue of the friendship group, doing her best to de-escalate situations when they happened and talk to both of them about their feelings.Eventually, however, the ultimate test of all of their friendships would come to a head with a single journey. The day eventually came where the trio were to set off on their very own Pokémon journey. At first, only Red and Blue went off with their own starters, but Leaf demanded that she would join them. She convinced Professor Oak to let her on her own Pokémon journey by telling him about the dangers of Team Rocket, and that she needed to find her friend, Mewtwo – the very Pokémon that saved her in the first place. Professor Oak obliged, giving her a starter Pokémon of her own. Leaf journeyed through the Kanto region, crushing through the Pokémon league behind Red and Blue and, with their help, beating Team Rocket. However, no matter how far she would come, she would always remain one or two steps behind her brothers. She didn’t obtain her 8th gym badge initially, as Giovanni had disappeared and disbanded Team Rocket after Red defeated him. Instead, Leaf spent much of her time in the Pokémon Mansion, researching Mew’s finding and Mewtwo’s creation, battling remnants of Team Rocket and thieves that wished to get rich on anything that they could find. After digging and eliminating possibilities, she found the one location that could possibly hold something as strong as Mewtwo in the Kanto Region:Cerulean Cave.Leaf forced her way through Cerulean Cave, beating trainers that got in her way from getting inside. She beat powerful Pokémon that attacked her. She surfed and ran through many dangerous obstacles. There was nothing that could stop her from finding her friend once more. Eventually she reached the depths of the cave, hoping to finally reunite with her old friend.… but she was too late…. Red had beaten her to it.In a hidden rage, Leaf challenged Red to another battle, with the prize being the person to keep Mewtwo. Red and Leaf battled each other, with a showdown that was nothing short of Legendary; however, in the end, Red was victorious and got to keep Mewtwo. Leaf was distraught, but resigned to her fate. She wished them well and left Cerulean Cave – disappearing from the Kanto region entirely without warning. For 2 years, no one had any knowledge of Leaf’s whereabouts. Instead, people would randomly hear rumors of her appearing in a gym in the Johto region, challenging and beating the gym leader in the region, and disappearing again. The only definitive appearance of Leaf that could have been tracked was the time she entered the Elite Four. She challenged all of them, beating each without a single sweat and becoming Champion; however, before Professor Oak could make it to the scene to congratulate her, she denounced her championship and disappeared once more, leaving little trace of her existence once more. Then, Team Rocket reappeared.Leaf returned to Professor Oak’s lab two years after the incident with Red as rumors of Team Rocket’s return started to emerge. She apologized for her actions and even gave Professor Oak additional Pokédex data, capturing every non-Legendary Pokémon in the region. As such, Professor Oak offered her a job as a Professor Aide. In addition, she worked with the International Police as well as with Ethan, Lyra, Kris, and Silver to take down Team Rocket once more. Once the day was saved and Team Rocket was disbanded once more, Leaf continued investigating them in the hopes to find her father. She was responsible for many grunt arrests and a lot of information that was given to the International Police, but, for many years, information of her father was elusive. That was until a few years ago, she received a tip that Archer was in the hospital on his deathbed. He was dying from cancer and was soon to pass on soon. Leaf scrambled to the hospital where he was held, hoping to confront him one final time and to finally tell him that she was still alive – that it was her that helped stop Team Rocket the second time and that she was finally doing something for herself. She wouldn’t get there in time. Archer passed away hours before she arrived.Leaf was devastated. For her entire life outside of the facility, she was always one step behind – always one step too late for anything. Even when she worked as hard or harder than everyone else, she would never get the conclusions that she strived for. Leaf fell into a deep depression, not having an appetite or wishing to do anything with her family. Eventually, she had enough, and attempted to hang herself a few not long after her father passed away. It was unsuccessful – Red’s Charizard found her and saved her life while holding her close and letting out cries of concern.Ever since Charizard saved her life and showed her love, care, and concern, Leaf slowly started to turn around. She started to improve herself, re-forging the bond between her, Red, and Blue. She went to get professional help and did whatever she could to help her no longer be in such a dark place ever again. She changed her outlook on her life and her past, enjoying the little victories in life as well as enjoying the time that she spends with not only her Pokémon, but with every Pokémon that she encounters. Leaf became Professor Oak’s top aide and works incredibly hard at what she does, even going on excursions to other dimensions alone with a Solgaleo she befriended to catch and obtain data about Pokémon from other dimensions, including duplicate Legendary Pokémon. She’s earned her place among the Battle Legend Trio, and will work every day to ensure this world is a better place for everyone.

Background

Childhood

Lillie is the youngest child of two scientists – Mohn and Lusamine. Early in her childhood, her parents were famous for both their advancements in the knowledge of multiple dimensions within the universe, and their Pokémon conservation and wild reintroduction efforts in the Alola region. Early in her life, Lillie felt like she had it all – a loving family, lovely Pokémon friends (and eventually human friends), a safe and happy place to live…. She couldn’t have asked for more. However, one day, all of that changed.During one of his experiments, Lillie approached the office to deliver him some food and a kiss goodnight; however, before she could open the door, a blinding bright light shone from the edges of the door and strange sounds could be heard from the other side of the door. Once it was done, Lillie opened the door to find that Mohn wasn’t there. Lillie ran back to tell her mother and brother what she saw and the trio initially went to look for him.Mohn was never seen again.A police report was filed and a search party was sent for Mohn, but no one could find him, and he was presumed dead; however, Lusamine refused to believe it. Over the next several years, Lusamine worked hard to pick up where Mohn left off in order to find her husband. She worked night and day to her next discoveries – about Ultra Wormholes, Ultra Beasts, and several other discoveries. Over time, however, she also began to neglect her children. She paid little emotional attention to them, forced demands out of them, and even dictated every aspect of their lives. However, eventually they had enough. Gladion fled the Aether Foundation and joined Team Skull, and after Lillie witnessed the capture and seeming torture of a Cosmog to further Lusamine’s goals, Lillie had enough as well. She stole Cosmog away from her mother and, with its help, fled the Aether Foundation and into Melemele Island. Initially, Lillie was lost and scared on the island, but she was soon taken in by Professor Kukui and his wife, Professor Burnet. They helped take care of her and listened to her plight, but decided not to turn Lillie in for her own safety and instead label her as Kukui’s assistant. One day, Lillie snuck off to visit Tapu Koko to pray to it; however, she and Nebby quickly were overwhelmed by Spearow and, even though two strangers helped to fend them off, she, Nebby, and the strangers were saved by Tapu Koko. Once it was over, the strangers introduced herself as Selene and Elio, and the three became fast friends. Throughout Selene’s and Elio’s journey, Lillie would occasionally meet up with them as she continued her role as an assistant to Professor Kukui; however, she was eventually captured by Team Skull and brought her to back to the Aether Foundation, and while Elio, Selene, Gladion, and Hau worked to get her back, they were unable to stop Lusamine from sapping the remaining power from Nebby and creating an untold amount of Ultra Wormholes throughout the world. Thus, the Aether Incident had begun.Lillie, having lost, picked up the dormant Nebby as she finally decided to spring into action. She, Elio, and Selene traveled together as she worked up the strength to confront her mother as she considered all of her options. Eventually, when she was finally ready to confront her mother, Nebby evolved into a full-blown Solgaleo! The gang traveled with Solgaleo and battled Lusamine to eventually bring her back home from the Nihilego she found herself with, and Alola was saved from the crisis with some help from the Tapu.

Post-Game

Weeks after the adventure, Lillie heard a rumor about a man in Kanto that was extremely knowledgeable with Pokémon and who may have had a way to cure Lusamine’s lingering illness from her exposure to Nihilego. So, she gave Nebby to Selene, took two of her childhood Pokémon, and took a ship to the Kanto region to find a way to cure her mother. Once in Kanto, Lillie encountered Bill, who helped to nurse her mother back to health; however, as Lusamine started to become healthy, her personal relationship with Lillie began to deteriorate. The two constantly argued over possibly returning home, even despite Lillie’s protests. Lusamine still attempted to control every aspect of Lillie’s life, even if she was not in a position to do so. Lusamine even started to leave the area and disappear for hours or days at a time, increasing how much Lillie worried about her.Eventually, it all came to a head in one final argument between the two of them, where Lusamine attempted to force Lillie to take her home. The two yelled at each other and Lillie became so angry that she fled to the Johto Region to gather her thoughts and cry, continuing to argue with Lusamine over text as well.

Lord Rayquaza, Great Father of the Skies

One day during her time in the Johto Region, Lillie had another text argument with Lusamine. Afterwards, she found herself crying off of the shore of Olivine City. With her Pokémon gathered, she cried and wished for someone to care – wishing for someone to talk with her and take her seriously–…her prayers were answered, just by an unlikely being.Rayquaza descended from the heavens and answered her prayers. The dragon was friendly to her and introduced himself to her. Initially, she was baffled and on-edge, but eventually she started opening up to him. She did need someone to talk to after all.Minutes passed as the two talked. Hours passed as they got to know each other. She talked about her past and her plights while he talked about his home and his family. She talked about her family while he talked about his own worries back home. Before long, the two talked into the night and Lillie was getting sleepy. Rayquaza helped Lillie find a place to spend the night and, the next day, the two of them worked together to find a way to talk things out with her mother. Thus, when Lillie was ready, Rayquaza helped her return to Kanto to fix her relationship with her mother. However, before leaving her side once more, Rayquaza promised that if she wishes for him again, Rayquaza will return to her no matter where she was. Thus, Lillie waved goodbye to her new friend and returned to see her mother.Lillie did fix her relationship with her mother over the next week or two, and once it was finally clear that Lusamine was fully recovered, the two returned home in the Alola region. Everyone celebrated Lusamine’s return and Lillie was happy that all seemed to have gone better; however, for some reason, Lillie didn’t feel as at home in her home region. Even though she ventured far and wide, even after receiving Nebby back from Selene, something… still felt missing in her life. So, a month later, she wished for Rayquaza again. She wished to see Rayquaza’s homeland – to meet the wonderful family that they talked about… to tour the places that Rayquaza loved to see…. She wished above all to live with him and spend time with him and his trainer. She hoped against hope, and yet she didn’t expect a response. She didn’t expect for him to come and hear her prayers, that he wasn’t serious about what to expect.…she was very wrong.Rayquaza returned to her and answered her wish. He offered to take her to the Hoenn Region and to take her under his wing and for her to start a new life if she truly wished to do so. Lillie agreed, and, after returning home and informing her family of her departure, Lillie hopped on Rayquaza’s back and flew to the Hoenn Region, where she integrated herself as Rayquaza’s new adoptive daughter. She now continues to live in the Hoenn region full-time, even though she does return to Alola occasionally to see her friends and family.
